1. Service Requirements

• Monthly Plan: Requires a three (3) service minimum.
• Quarterly Plan: Requires a two (2) service minimum.

If the customer cancels service before fulfilling the minimum service requirement, they will be charged the full one-time service rate of $35 per bin for each completed service.

2. Service Access

Customers agree to provide access to bins on the scheduled service day. Bins must be empty and accessible unless otherwise arranged in advance. A reminder email will be sent the day prior to service. Keep in mind this is a reminder and service will still be attempted whether you confirm or not. If you wish to cancel please reach out via text or call our office.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due on the day of service, after the service is completed. The card on file will be automatically charged following service completion. Customers will receive an invoice or receipt for their records. Failure to process payment may result in service suspension or cancellation.

4. Liability Disclaimer

CMAX Sanitary Services is not responsible for damage to bins caused by pre-existing wear, rust, cracks or structural defects. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure safe and professional service.
